For the two-legged semi-finals, the "away goals rule" will not apply. If aggregate scores are level after 90 mins of the 2nd leg, there will be up to 30 minutes extra time (the "golden goal rule" DOES apply). Of course, if no goals are scored in extra time then a penalty shoot-out will decide the winners.

* Although this game should have been played at Doncaster, it was switched as there was a race meeting at Doncaster on 05/05/2003.
