Report from the Nationwide's Conference Site.

Barnet stretched their unbeaten run to seven games as an 11th goal of the season from Giuliano Grazioli gave the Bees a 1-0 win at Margate.

However, it was Gate who almost took an early lead, as Manny Omoyinmi's shot came back off the frame of the goal in the sixth minute.

Soon after Graham Porter had a header cleared off the line by Mark Rooney and at the midway point of the first half visitors keeper David Forde superbly tipped away a John Keister shot.

Just after the half-hour Sam Sodje blocked a Grazioli effort and on the stroke of half time, the Bees earned a penalty as Phil Smith fouled the Barnet leading scorer.

However, Smith redeemed himself by saving the resulting spot-kick from Grazioli.

Second Half

After the restart there was little sign of a breakthrough, before Forde's long clearance fell to Grazioli, who coolly lobbed Smith for the crucial opening goal after 67 minutes.

Gate huffed and puffed as they tried in vain to find an equaliser, with the only chance of note going begging three minutes from time as Sodje saw his acrobatic effort fly wide from close range.
