Presentation to Club To celebrate 100 years of football at Underhill, the BFCSA have made a presentation of a Limited Edition Canvas Print to the Football Club. As part of Saturdays Centenary Dinner, Keith Doe, Chairman of the Association asked Dennis Signy, (in Tony Kleanthous absence due to illness), to accept the gift on behalf of the Football Club. The Limit Edition Canvas Print, is of the two Conference winning managers, Barry Fry and Paul Fairclough holding the Conference Trophy. The Canvas print has been signed by the two men that were instrumental in creating some great memories to Underhill, including two very memorable championship winning seasons. As well as the limit edition prints, of which others were raffled and auctioned, the BFCSA has also produced a number of limited edition photo sets to celebrate the centenary which are now on Sale. These include combination of photos including Paul, Barry, the Conference Trophy and Underhill. There are currently nine sets, of which each one is limited to just ten copies, all of which have been signed Paul and Barry*. The Sets, which are all mounted, range in price from £12.50 to £40.00 and will be on sale this Sunday at the Barnet Street Fair, and the following Saturday before the game versus Macclesfield and at the quiz on the evening of the 8th December. (We hope to have images of these photo sets up on the website soon.) The BFCSA wishes to thank Dagenham and Redbridge FC for lending the Association the Trophy for the photo opportunities, and the Association would like to make further thanks to both Paul and Barry for their cooperation. All money raised from the Centenary Dinner and Sale of the photo sets will be donated to the Club to assist the team. A write up of the Centenary Dinner and photos are to follow. * Except Sets 8 and 9, which have been individually signed by Paul or Barry as only one or other is in the photo. |
