2007/08 Season

Cup Games

Herts Senior Cup

We were knocked out in the 3rd round (quarter final) by Ware (of the Isthmian League, First Division North). We beat Stevenage 4-2 in the second round. (We got our usual bye to the second round :-) Official Herts Senior Cup Site

FA Cup

We were knocked out of the 4th round by Bristol Rovers (League One). They beat us 1-0 at our place.

We beat Swindon Town of League One in the third round. We drew 1-1 at their place and drew 1-1 AET at home. We won 2-0 on penalties. We beat Burton Albion 1-0 in a replay in the second round of the FA Cup after drawing the first game 1-1. We beat Gillingham 2-1 at home in the first round. Round dates below. Johnstone's Paint Trophy

We had a bye to the second round. We were beaten 2-1 away to Brighton & Hove Albion in the second round.

League Cup

We got knocked out of the first round by Norwich City, who beat us 5-2. Future round dates are shown below for reference and will be removed as they pass. Official League Cup Site

Where cup games clash with league games (or other cup games) I think the following priorities are observed (with the lesser game being rearranged):

1. FA Cup
2. League Cup
3. League games
4. Johnstone's Paint Trophy
5. Herts Senior Cup

League Two

The fixtures were published on 14 June. Our opening game is away to newly promoted Morecambe on Saturday 11 August. Welcome to the league! Our first home game is on Saturday 18 August, against our old adversaries Hereford. Boxing Day sees us at home against the Nationwide Conference Champions, Dagenham & Redbridge. That should be an absolute Christmas Cracker! And a big welcome to our East London neighbours who finally take their rightful place in the league.

New Years Day sees us away to Wycombe. Our last home game is against Stockport and the last game of the season is away to Rotherham.

Reserve Fixtures

The club did not running a reserve team last season. There has been no announcement for the 2007/08 season (to the best of my knowledge).
